Welcome to CleanWork! By using our software and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. License to Use:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CleanWork grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not use the Services for any other purpose or in any other manner without the prior written consent of CleanWork.
3. Use Restrictions:
You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:
- Sell, resell, rent, or sublicense the Services or any portion thereof;
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks;
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Services;
- Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any CleanWork server or the network(s) connected to any CleanWork server;
- Use the Services to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other items of a destructive nature;
- Use the Services to access or attempt to access any account or data of another user without the express authorization of that user;
- Use the Services to collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
4. Your Data:
CleanWork may use your data, including any data you upload, store or transmit through the Services, to provide, maintain and improve the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data and account information, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. CleanWork will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
5. Intellectual Property:
The Services and all intellectual property rights in the Services are the exclusive property of CleanWork and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. The Services may contain third-party content and software that is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Services without the prior written consent of CleanWork.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. CLEANWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLEANWORK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability:
CLEANWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORIES.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Termination:
CleanWork reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
11. Refund and Cancellation:
All sales of the Services are final, and no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time by signing on to CleanWork, going to the subscription page, and clicking the manage subscription button. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the Services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
11. Exclusive Lead Refund and Cancellation:
All sales of the Services are final, and no refunds will be issued. After purchasing the lead, rescheduling is possible but not guaranteed. If there are any issues reaching the lead you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the walkthrough, otherwise, it is out of our hands. If you purchase an Exclusive Lead that is already a client you service, no refunds will be issued.
12. Promo Video Service:
Our promo video service ("Service") offers the creation of promotional videos for cleaning companies, designed to visually represent your business and its offerings.
13. Promo Video Non-Refundable Policy:
Once you have engaged our Service and payment has been made, please note that all charges for the creation of the promo video are non-refundable. This includes any upfront fees or deposits. We invest time, effort, and resources to ensure the highest quality of service and product delivery. As such, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
14. Promo Video Video Revisions:
We understand the importance of delivering a video that accurately reflects your vision and brand identity. Therefore, we offer a total of three (3) iterations, during which you can provide feedback and request revisions to the promo video's content, visuals, and other relevant aspects. These revisions are aimed at enhancing the video to align with your expectations.
15. Promo Video Additional Revisions:
If you require more than three (3) iterations beyond what is outlined in these terms, additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. We will provide you with a clear estimate of any additional costs before proceeding with the extra revisions.
16. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanWork regarding the use of the Services, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
17. Acceptance of Terms:
By using CleanWork, you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the refund and cancellation policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
